An annual review of the finances and projects of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts One through Four for the fiscal years 2021, 2022 & 2023. Attendance is encouraged for representatives of those Rock Island County governmental taxing entities whose boundaries include one or more of the TIF Districts.
