The following information is based upon Title 2, Section 2-4-4 of the Milan Municipal Code and from Section 11-13-3 Chapter 24, of the Illinois Revised Statutes, 1981 Edition.
Established to hear and decide upon all matters regarding the Village of Milan Zoning Regulations, the Zoning Board of Appeals hears petitions for variations to the Zoning Regulations and appeals to the rulings of the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
The seven (7) members are appointed for five (5) year terms by the Village President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
