Jerry Wilson, Representative for the Village of Milan was appointed May 2015, 2019, 2023.
The District was established November, 1970, for the purpose of putting new life and sources of funds into the transit system. In December, 1970, the creation of a municipal corporation gave the District power to levy taxes. September, 1971, a petition made the Village of Milan a part of the District.
One (1) member is appointed by the Mayor of each of the following cities; Milan, Silvis, Rock Island, Moline and East Moline and serve four (4) year terms.
